Q: How do I make my reservation?
Simply click on the link at the top of the website to Book Now and you will be taken to our Kandy Events registration system.  You will need to select the event you would like to book, enter your VIP Invitation Code and then complete our registration process.  If you have questions regarding making a reservation you can email support@kandyevents.com or call (310) 499-9581.

Q: How do I get a VIP Invitation Code?
You can obtain a VIP Invitation Code to attend a Kandy Event from an official Kandy Events VIP Host.  If you have questions about obtaining a code please contact us directly.

Q: Can I have a cabin to myself?
Of course, a large portion of our guests do.  If you are staying alone in your stateroom you are still responsible for paying the full rate of the room regardless of whether or not the stateroom is fully occupied.  We offer staterooms as a whole, you decide the occupancy based on your plans (single, double, triple or quad) and you’ll get the appropriate number of beds in the category you select.  If you are staying solo you can book a double room and we’ll have a single bed arranged for you.

Q: How are the beds configured in each stateroom?
All double occupancy cabins (except suites) have two twin beds that can be converted to a king.  All triple or quad occupancy cabins have a combination of either two twin beds/king and one or two upper bunk beds, a sofa bed, or trundle bed. Suites have either a queen or king bed.

Q: What age do I have to be to attend the Kandy Kruise?
All Kandy Kruise guests must be at least 21 years old to stay in their own cabin.  Guests under 21 but over 18 years old must room with an individual 25 years or older.  Guest ages will be verified at embarkation. Guests not conforming to this policy will be denied boarding and assessed a 100% cancellation penalty. NO exceptions will be made at embarkation.

Q:What type of identification will I need to board the ship
Passports are recommended for all guests, but Birth Certificate and I.D are also accepted. Please see the specific requirements below:

CRUISE TRAVEL FOR U.S CITIZENS

Carnival highly recommends that all guests travel with a passport (valid for at least six months beyond completion of travel). This will enhance the debarkation experience as delays may be expected upon return to the United States for those without one. Additionally, this will enable guests to fly from the U.S. to meet their ship at a foreign port should they miss their scheduled port of embarkation and allow guests that must disembark the ship before their cruise ends due to an emergency to fly back to the U.S without significant delays and complications.

Cruises that begin and end in the same U.S port (referred to as a closed-loop cruise)

For cruises that begin and end in the same U.S port, ALL guests are required to carry proof of citizenship AND proof of identification.

Proof of Citizenship: A birth certificate or any of the WHTI-Compliant Documents listed below are acceptable.

Proof of Identification (I.D): A non-expired government-issued photo I.D is required of all guests 16 years of age and older.

Birth Certificate Information
The following are acceptable:

  • An original Birth Certificate issued by the Department of Health and Vital Statistics
  • A copy of a birth certificate issued by the Department of Health and Vital Statistics
  • A clear, legible, quality Xerox copy of a birth certificate that was originally issued by the Department of Health and Vital Statistics. The Xerox copy does not need to be notarized or certified.
  • Birth Certificate Card
  • A Consular report of Birth Abroad
  • In Regards to Birth Certificates: Guests may obtain a copy of a birth certificate by contacting: The Department of Health and Vital Statistics at: www.vitalchek.com. If the guest has laminated their birth certificate, it is acceptable.

Photo Identification

A non-expired Government-Issued Photo I.D is required of all guests 16 years of age and older. The following are acceptable:

  • School/Student I.D (acceptable for guests 16/17/18 years of age)
